If SmartPedal thinks it may not have recorded the proper signals from the pedal during the initial manual calibration, it will wait for a second calibration attempt.
To address this, just press the accelerator pedal to the floor a second time. The alternating red/green lights should be replaced with a series of short green flashes and then the green heartbeat. Your SmartPedal should now be ready to drive.
If the alternating red/green continues after the second calibration attempt, double check the connections and terminals as described in the “no acceleration” troubleshooting section.
If the problem persists, it's likely that your SmartPedal unit is malfunctioning. If you'll submit a support ticket, we will get an exchange to you quickly.
