Pedal-to-metal override

As a safety feature, SmartPedal also contains a pedal-to-metal override.

When the driver presses the accelerator pedal 90% or more of the way to the floor, SmartPedal temporarily suspends corrections and forwards the unmodified pedal signal directly to the engine.
